Revive New England exists to prepare the New England church for awakening by catalyzing churches to build altars of prayer and worship and remove barriers and obstacles to renewal.
Revive New England is seeking a part-time Chief Operating Officer/Strategy Integrator to play a pivotal leadership role in our organization's journey toward catalyzing revival in New England. We recognize the importance of pairing visionary leadership with operational excellence to drive tangible results. As an Integrator, you will collaborate closely with our visionary leader to translate vision into action, ensure operational effectiveness, and promote overall alignment with our organizational goals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution: Work closely with the visionary leader to translate long-term vision into actionable strategies and goals. Develop and implement plans to drive progress toward our mission of catalyzing revival within the wider Church.
- Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient execution of organizational initiatives and projects. Drive accountability and results by overseeing the completion of key objectives and in support of our goals.
- Team Coordination: Foster alignment and coordination among various teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and shared purpose. Lead key decisions and facilitate problem-solving to address obstacles and challenges that may arise.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address issues that could impede organizational progress. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth operations in a dynamic environment.
- Team Development: Equip teams with the necessary tools and disciplines to succeed, promoting accountability and high-performance teamwork. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth, ensuring that every team member is empowered to contribute to our collective success.
- Fund Development: Assist the Visionary in raising funds for the organization’s annual budget and expansion initiatives.
Supervision:
Reports to the Director of RNE. Participates in quarterly advisory board meetings.
Hours and Compensation:
This is a part-time, salaried position. Hours are negotiable between 15-20/week. Annual salary is $30k-$40k/year based on hours.
Location:
This is a hybrid position which can be mostly remote with occasional in-person visits. We prefer candidates within driving distance of Providence, RI, but willing to consider candidates outside of the area.

- Experience working within an E.O.S. framework or a similar operational system is preferred but not required.
